With a focus on community, amenities, and restorative design, we simplify shared office space for therapists, as well as professional development, community, and collaboration. We are a family-owned business with years of experience across the real-estate, psychology, and wellness industries.

About Shira

She, Her, Hers | Property Manager

Shira Hon-Lahav (MA, RDT, LCAT, LP) was born in Israel and is still well-connected in the country. After serving in the Israeli military, she moved to the United States and met her husband Kobi, who was also in the military back in Israel. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology from Hunter College, a Master of Arts Degree in Drama Therapy from New York University, and a Psychoanalytic degree from the Institute of Expressive Analysis (IEA).

Shira is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, Registered Drama Therapist, and a Licensed Psychoanalyst. Shira has worked with mentally impaired chemically addicted (MICA) patients at the Drug and Alcohol Rehab Center at Bellevue Hospital. She has also worked at the psychiatric unit at Woodhull Hospital, where she led group counseling and individual therapy. She is fluent in both English and Hebrew and has conducted therapy in several different countries.

Shira is also the co-founder of Peace of Mind, her practice housed in the building, and Embodied Minds, Public Speaking Consultants. She conducts public speaking sessions and workshops using her therapeutic sensitivity to tackle stage fright and anxiety related to speaking in front of an audience.

About Matt

He, Him, His | Executive Assistant.

Matt has an administrative background in the entertainment and education sectors, having worked for large corporations like Disney and small non-profit arts organizations. As one who has significantly benefited from therapy and commits to wellness daily, he is a firm believer in the power of mental health practice, especially for LGBT+ and BIPOC individuals.

Matt has acted as a project manager and co-founder in multiple capacities and knows the importance of a nurturing physical environment that fosters community. He currently co-hosts a podcast on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the arts.

About Kobi

He, Him, His | Principal Broker & Co-Founder

Kobi has a long history of success and leadership in his career, starting with his stint in the Israeli Defense Forces. Following his substantial military service, Kobi found great success in the hospitality industry, serving as the Concierge for one of the largest hotels in Israel in the resort city of Eilat. His time there taught him the most important Real Estate lesson: Good customer service comes above all else!

After studying law in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and practicing corporate law in Tel Aviv, Kobi moved to the U.S in 2007, embarking on his highly successful real estate career. Always pushing himself to grow, Kobi continued to evolve professionally and personally by graduating from the Executive MBA Program at NYU Stern School of Business. His high levels of education have served him and his clients at every turn, understanding the ins and outs of working with exclusive clients and businesses.
